Who are we?
The 6th grade primary students from Les Corts school are divided into two groups; 25 students per class. But usually both classes get together and do projects, research and cultural activities.
Why are we doing this project?
In the past semester, the 6th grade students, have participated at the First Lego Leage. It's an activity that combines the achivement of a variety of missions, which consist in the control of a robot with our electronic applications (tablets and computers) and the exposition of a scientist project.
We have considered that it would be very useful to apply the new technologies in our vegetable garden, so it has a more refreshing point of view. This is our first time that we do this project. Also, it should be added that all the students of the school are cooperating.
The relationship between humans and water
This year at school, the topic we are working on is the relationship between human beings and water.
We also study how to maximize the use of water, so as not to waste it, as this is a scarce resource on our planet.
The plants represent a valuable treasure for humans, since they provide us with the oxygen we need to live, they clean the air of carbon dioxide and they provide us with food and medicinal products

The 6th grade primary students have decided to create a long-term project during this grade. We want to integrate new technologies at traditional activities as the growh of medicinal plants and food.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE VEGETABLE GARDEN
Since we are young, we have been told about the importance of respecting the nature and taking care of all the living beings.
In our opinion, it should be a must that everyone knew how to take care of plants, what they need to grow in optimal conditions and what kind of benefits gives to all the organisms that form part of the ecosystem.
All the students of the school participate in this project and study the properties of plants.
