To identify everything that is planted in our vegetable garden, we have created a  QR code for each plant and tree  and we have  also put signs in the planters. We should need an app to read and encode the content of these codes. There are some of them easy to download  from the Internet for free.

Once we scan one of these codes, a pdf document will be opened. it contains a data sheet with the information related to every one of our cultivation and an image.

Moreover, we have investigated about how to create QR codes for blind people or visual disabilited people. In this case, when we scan a QR code in our electronic device (tablet, mobile phone,...), a mp3 file is charged. It reads  the data sheet of every plant. In this way, we can transmit information to all the people, without making distinctions.

We should have in account that, when we put the signs with QR codes in the planters, it is important to include a special embossed badge to let blind people recognize it by touching and let them know which is the code they have to scan to get the information.
